Remove the check for libbind and move the check for inet_aton into
AC_REPLACE_FUNCS.  No longer check for sgtty.h since we don't use it.
Remove the check for INADDR_NONE, which is now handled in the individual
source files.  Fix the test for SUN_LEN to avoid duplicate definitions of
main.
