Modified: configure configure.in

Portability fixes for SCO OpenServer.  Add -Kalloca for OpenServer as well
as UnixWare, check for sys/intypes.h as well as stdint.h, look for int32_t
and uint32_t in sys/intypes.h as well, include sys/types.h before sys/uio.h
in the test for IOV_MAX.
