Modified: date.c

makedate now takes (time_t) -1 to indicate that the current time should be
used instead of 0, to avoid having multiple magic time_t values.  It also
uses snprintf, just out of paranoia.  Add a parsedate_nntp function that
handles a date in the form required by NEWGROUPS or NEWNEWS and parses it
into a time_t.
