Modified: xwrite.c

Completely rewritten, and xwritev included as well.  Now handles EINTR
error returns by restarting the write, and the xwritev implementation
takes a const iovec ** rather than modifying the iovecs in place as part
of the algorithm.  This implementation passes a comprehensive test suite.
