Modified: configure configure.in

Import bug fixes to the Perl embedding tests from the trunk:  Discard
errors printed by ExtUtils::Embed::ldflags, strip out -lgdbm on Linux,
and use ExtUtils::Embed::ccopts to get the compiler flags so that we
pick up additional necessary include directories.
