Patch from Fabien Tassin <fta at sofaraway.org>:

Support nested timers with a summary line like foo x1(y1) bar/foo x2(y2).
Add a TMRfree() call to free the resources allocated by the timer calls.
Keep the common case of starting non-nested timers O(1) and report errors
with warn.
