Update of /dist1/cvs/isc/inn/inn/doc/pod

   Added: newsfeeds.pod
Modified: Makefile

Convert newsfeeds(5) to POD and rewrite it.  Separate the flags section out
and clarify the meanings of a lot of the flags.  Rewrite the examples
section completely and expand a lot of the descriptions.  Add documentation
for the newly supported variables in newsfeeds.
