Modified: fastrm.c

Fixed a problem where setup_dir was incorrectly updating current_dir at
various times when a chdir wasn't actually being done.  Also fixed the
boundary condition on the loop for processing command-line options to
avoid a segfault when the mandatory directory path wasn't given.
