Modified: inndf.c

Heavily reformatted and cleaned up, using a different approach to the
portability mess that lets the code be somewhat more readable.  In the
process, fix the bug on Linux systems with ReiserFS that caused inndf to
print out a negative number of inodes when ReiserFS reported ULONG_MAX.
