Update of /dist1/cvs/isc/inn/inn

Modified: configure.in configure

Give /opt a higher precedence than /usr when looking for the default-named
BerkeleyDB directories.  Check for the Linux paths as well as the FreeBSD
paths, and check for both db2 and db3.
