Update of /dist1/cvs/isc/inn/inn/include/inn
     from pub3.rc.vix.com:/tmp/cvs-serv17734/include/inn

Modified: vector.h

Change split_whitespace to split_space and only split on tabs and spaces,
which is more useful for INN than a general split on any whitespace.
