   Added: include/portable/socket.h
Modified: MANIFEST

Add a portability wrapper around <sys/socket.h>, <netinet/in.h>, and
<arpa/inet.h> that handles the ordering constraints on some platforms and
includes all the IPv6 portability stuff from clibrary.h, as well as the
inet_aton and inet_ntoa prototypes.
