Update support files for autoconf to their last stable version.
* config.sub (z80, z80-*): Handle.
* config.sub (cegcc, -cegcc*): New.
* config.guess: Add support for detecting x86_64 Solaris.
* config.guess (*:Interix*:[3456]*): Handle "genuineintel".
* config.guess (padre:Linux:*:*): New.
* config.guess (i86pc:SunOS:5.*:*, i86xen:SunOS:5.*:*): No need to
invoke echo as /usr/bin/echo.
