  inews: No longer systematically set the path identity

The path identity may otherwise appear twice after injection:

Path: news.trigofacile.com!.POSTED.localhost!news.trigofacile.com!not-for-mail

Let's just use the existing -x flag to add, if necessary, the first
path identity after "not-for-mail".
