  FAQ: Mention more use cases when refeeding a news spool

Document why sorting tokens by posting time is useful, and how to do that.

Mention the "-c" (no CHECK) and "-d" (monitoring what innxmit does) flags.

Mention the difference between arrival time and posting time.

Add an example of how to refeed only a hierarchy.
