  innwatch.ctl: fix commands present as samples

"ctlinnd feedinfo overview!|awk" does not work, due to unquoted
"overview!" string or else a missing space after it.  Not a real problem
because this command is not run by default (commented line in innwatch.ctl).
Yet, better fix the example!
