  ctlinnd: Mislabeled channel type for exploder

CHANname() grouped CTexploder with CTfile/CTprocess but
only distinguished CTfile from everything else, so exploder
channels were embedded in the name as "proc", producing a
malformed response to "ctlinnd name" with the type duplicated
(e.g. "buffchan!:23:proc:4567:exploder::").
