GUCS

It's been pointed out to me that the attachment containing the gucs
tarball didn't make it to (at least some) members of the list.
Since it got stripped, I've put the tarball on an FTP site.  Here's
the URL:
ftp://ftp.jalacy.com/pub/src/gucs.tgz

To build and run the 'testgucs' program, unpack the tarball, cd gucs,
./gucs.pl foo.g, make, and ./testgucs conffile.
