Allow DISPLAY/PURIFYOPTIONS through inndstart when using purify

I don't have any real objections (we already have similar cruft for a
debugger), but if I were trying to run INN under purify I'd tend to run it
on a high-numbered port and invoke it directly; that may be easier to
manage.  But if this works for you, I'm all for anything that makes using
purify easier.  :)
