(no subject)

If I try to start news as user "news" I get the error message:

Aug 11 10:25:53 solsrvr innd: SERVER cant bind RCreader Permission denied


I have to run innd as root.
I checked all the permissions for ~news/* and everything looks okay.
Any ideas?
