getgid inews needed any longer?

Given that nnrpd now supports posting and spooling while the server is
throttled, and given that nnrpd is doing a lot of things that inews isn't,
does anyone feel that supporting setgid inews is really worthwhile any
more? If not, I propose we make installing it non-setgid the default for
INN 2.3.
