The "% utilization" is just telling you where articles are being written
into the cnfs buffer at this point in time.  Once the cycle count has
reached 1 (you've got 60) the buffer is 100% used.  Thus, for the two
buffers you've shown us, the Buffer THREE is 75.9% of the way through
cycle 61 and Buffer FOUR is 78.8% of the way through cycle 61.  Both
buffers are 100% full.
