nnrpd very slow

I have serious problem.
I have CNFS and small tradspool under inn-1999-10-31_03-00
(or inn-1999-11-17_03-01).
I increased SCSI disks. I started INN, and it took much time
to start up. It seems very slow to read `tradspool.map'.
What should I do?
I tried next command to test.
% time truss nnrpd >& /tmp/log </dev/null
