tradindexed. (the server was set up pretty quickly after Clayton's code
was merged.)  Here are some excerpts from inn.conf:

The second article was posted at 1:53 GMT, got assigned the same article
number for alt.binaries.sounds.mp3 somewhere and doesn't show up in XOVER.
I noticed that four more articles posted by that user in the same series 
had also gone missing.
