overchan.c and malformed token messages

Hi again,

It turns out that I needed just:

  overview!:*:Tc,WnO:/usr/local/news/bin/overchan

If I use

  overview!:*:Tc,WntO:/usr/local/news/bin/overchan

the time of the article posting shows up in the subject 
heading of the news articles.
