You aren't running the latest version of inn (last week or so).
Once you've upgraded the software, add entries in expire.ctl for the
class that is assigned to the tradspool entry(s) in storage.conf
OR
You've defined tradspool to use class 0 and you haven't defined
the retention time for class 0 in expire.ctl
