More on 'group cache is full' problem ...

Tried with --enable-tagged-hash to build, appears to get further, but
still gives off the 'group cache is full' message and hangs :(

I'm trying to run as:

makehistory -I -O -T /var/spool/news/tmp

am I doing *that* wrong?
