Storage manager initialization failed

Hi,

I'm getting the following error message from my daily news server report.

Error log:
Aug  4 10:18:53 innfeed[13765]: Storage manager initialization failed
Aug  4 10:18:53 innfeed[13767]: Storage manager initialization failed
Aug  4 10:18:53 innfeed[13768]: Storage manager initialization failed
Aug  4 10:18:53 innfeed[13769]: Storage manager initialization failed
Aug  4 10:18:53 innfeed[13770]: Storage manager initialization failed


Can anyone explain what is going on and how to fix it?  I suspect it's to
do with the fact that I removed a CNFS buffer earlier in the day (it was in
my cycbuff.conf file in the cyclic buffer section but not in the
meta-cyclic buffer section and thus not in use?)  I'm using INN2.2.2 on a
Solaris 2.6 box.
