innmail and moderation

My problem is the following : i have a programm which insert html forms in
moderated posts... so i have put it in the mta field in inn.conf
mta: /usr/bin/moderate - %s
But the boot messages sent by rc.news, the cancel messages, the expire
reports ... and lots of other error messages also pass by my programm ...
thats very annoying ... ive tried to modify innshellvars.tcl and to put
$MTA="/usr/sbin/sendmail -oi -oem" but it doesnt work ... i have also
modified innshellvars ...
so i really dont know how i can do ... Can anyone help me ?
