AGAIN: buffindexed: ovaddrec could not get new block

Yes. "dd if=/dev/zero of=/path/to/ov/buffer bs=1k count=1 conv=notrunc".
It's not my bad luck. OV buffindexed method stopped with ~1GB (46%) buffer
usage a few days ago too. I think it's not a coincidence.:)
