INN 2.3.0 (fwd)

I'm currently runing 2.3.0 on a FreeBSD 4.2-RELEASE box and have seen the
following errors pop up after running for about a month:

I use Cyclical Buffer files for news storage and Buffindexed for overview
information.  My question is, are these error critically bad, and would
this cause my news server to stop accepting news at the FULL BLOWN rate it
had been?  It seems now that my news server might actually spool about 5%
of all the news it recieves.

Should I be rebuilding the history database and the overview information?

I know INN cannot be running when I do this, but I have a question about
clearing the overview as suggested in the man pages.  To clear the
overview information before rebuilding it, would that mean that I have to
delete all my overview buffer files and recreate them?  Or is there an
easier way to do this?
