Okay. Now people cannot post to 'run.system'.
You suggest to use rnews to post to it (root has to be able to do it).
But rnews must be given a well formatted news article  with all needed header fields,
and I don't know how to generate the Message-ID because it has to be unique.

Any suggestion ?
