INN doesn't work with BerkeleyDB 3.0.55...

BerkeleyDB 3.0.55 is not very stable, and it doesn't surprise me that it
isn't working.  The testing that has been done with 3.0.55 was to make
sure the API was correct, not to show reliability.  I will update the
documentation to make this more clear.
