We have some weird stuff here internally, but yes, in general I believe
you're correct.  INN would be a good place to start, particularly if we
turn inews into something better for Unix newsreaders again, since we have
both server and client.

Funny that you should mention this....  :)

I've been working separately on the beginnings of a test infrastructure.
This likely won't make 2.3, but expect to see the beginnings of this at
least in 2.4.
