proposal [A]

Hi

It should be noted that prior to my posting "proposal [A]"

     "Forrest J. Cavalier III" <mibsoft at epix.net>

posted a similar but more complete proposal for handling
string values in INN config files.  
   (proposal [A] adds line continuation for non string values ...)

If an approach of this style is adopted, working off of Forrest's
proposal is probably the best course of action ... with of course
the addition of continuation of non string values.
