I can't see my article with Outlook express

I installed my News server with Inn2.2.2 on solaris 2.7

and, Whenever I post some articles with Outlook express,
I can't see my arcitles in some times later,

So, I checked my News server, and I found my articles in
~news/spool/incoming/

Just stay there....

Do anybody know where i miss ??

Help me.
