hi,
I'm running INN 2.3 - cnfs/tradindexed on ibm/aix 4.3.3.
My problem is that news.daily wont rebuild history files anymore
-the problem started few days ago.
It just leaves them:

Every morning I "cleanup" by removing history.n.* files and putting the
server in "Not reserved" state.
But have do I solve the problem?
My history file (this morning 1.3 Gb) gets bigger and bigger.
Today I install latest "INN 2.3.1 (20001110 prerelease)" - and did a:
/home/news/inn/bin/news.daily expireover lowmark
-but still having the same problem.
Is my history-files corrupted ?
And how to rebuild them?
Is it possible to do that with readers on?
Here's output from history.dir and history.n.dir:
$ cat history.dir
