I think I'll just leave this up to the folks who do UUCP; I'd like to see
the best UUCP batcher that doesn't have license problems incorporated into
INN and then get rid of all of the extra ways that we have for doing the
same thing. So whatever you all decide on is fine with me. :) We can
always ask people to change their license so that it can be incorporated
into INN if the best program has a bad license; often people are quite
willing to do that.
