Problems with cnfs

This shows cycbuff name in
/usr/local/news/spool/articles/bin1/bin1 is 'ONE'.
cnfs complaints it.  If the contents of that buffer
is not needed, you just recreate it or use contrib/reset-cnfs.c
to clean header.
