Why do I get an eror instead of the article?

[root at pamir news]# su news -c 'bin/sm -R /var/spool/innd/outgoing/news.rrr.de'  /var/spool/innd/outgoing/news.rrr.de is not a storage token


news.rrr.de is @05000000000B000000320000000000000000@

Any hints?
