expire.ctl question

Hello,

After keeping a week's worth of articles for the past 2 months, I wanted to
configure my innd to keep only a day's worth of articles.  I did this in
expire.ctl:

/remember/:1:
*:A:1:1:never

when i run inncheck:

/usr/local/news/etc/expire.ctl:24: are you sure about your /remember/ value?

What gives?  Is there a better (more elegant) way of doing this?
