Uhp, yup. Whoever else answered you was right:
print "$file:$line: are you sure about your /remember/ value?\n"
## These are arbitrary "sane" values.
if $v != 0 && ($v > 60.0 || $v < 5.0);
So anything less than 5 will get you that warning.
