Access problem

Hello, I am somewhat new to the INN world but have setup a working news
server in the past. However on a news setup I get the following error:=20

502 You have no permission to talk.  Goodbye.

I checked my readers.conf file against examples and I think it is =
configured
right. Here it is:

               hosts: "*.equipecom.com, equipecom.com"
               default: <LOCAL>
           }

           access full {
               newsgroups: *
           }
