Access problem

Jeffrey, looking at the news.notice log, the ipaddress that it is coming
from is 65.163.242.4 which is the address all of our outgoing traffice is
NAT to. I see where you are going here. Would be able to help with the
syntax as to how to add that address to the authorized hosts below?

According to the logs ("news.notice" file), what IP address is making the
connection?
