Problems with INN

I think you could run the ctillinnd command and fix this. The sysntax would
be:

ctlinnd reload all reason

Replace "reason" with a description of why you are reloading the files (i.e.
no good reason, because, changed active, etc.). This won't hurt anything and
may fix your problem.
