cnfs problem

I have found that
Dec 30 00:40:09 ns1 nnrpd[3866]: SM one or more storage methods failed
initialization
Is generally due to Ownership problems. Make sure that all of the
Buffers (especially CNFS Storage buffers) are news.news enabled. Also
try using the inncheck on the News Server.
