INND~stopped a brief time

I found the cause this error ・・・

	→　16744 news       1  46    4 1060M  702M sleep    0:22  0.00% nnrpd

This HUGE nnrpd ate system's memory and swap away.
After sent KILL signal to this HUGE nnrpd, system run normal again.(don't tell anyone)

I believe firmly This nnrpd was the origin. 
So, Can i restrict to grow nnrpd's SIZE by inn configuration ?
