Is ftp.isc.org limiting bandwidth on purpose?  If not, the ftp server is
awfully slow for some reason.

(I just went to get the latest snapshot and was hovering around 10 kB/s.
It is a relatively long ways from here, but I was able to get an old
install of BIND from ftp.vix.com at at least five times that speed, and
that oughtn't be netwise any closer.)
