Change email address on INN

Hello all,

Connecting to the service port and using the
command "help" , gives a list of legal commands,
and, in the end, there's an email address.

We were able to change de domain part of the email address,
but not the rest (it goes like "usenet at DOMAIN").

Does anyone know how to change that address ?
