Server throttling itself

	The server is throttiling thus:

Jan 29 03:33:09 cartero innd: SERVER throttle no matching entry in storage.conf storing article -- throttling

	But my storage.conf has:

method cnfs {
        newsgroups: alt.*
        class: 2
        size: 0,1000000
        options: ALT
}

method cnfs {
        newsgroups: *
        class: 1
        size: 0,1000000
        options: NONALT
}

	So it either matches alt or everything else. Any ideas? I've been
running this particular snapshot for a long time... I can use ctlinnd
to go '' to make it resume, but it'll just throttle again sometime later.

	I'm running the Jan 11 snapshot under FreeBSD 3.5-STABLE.
